  • Confirmation of final numbers, menus, timings, special dietary requirements and all other details is required at least 30 days prior to your event.

  • Any alterations to your booking must be requested in writing at least 7 days prior to your event. We will do our best to accommodate but we reserve the right to decline your request if it is in our judgement that it is not feasible to meet the request.

  • We are not able to guarantee appropriate temperature controls and/or product handling, so we will not be able to provide any leftover product for you or any guests to take away from the venue.

  • We are not able to offer any alcohol products to you or any of your guests after the event end time has passed, nor are we able to allow any alcohol product to be taken off the premises, paid for or otherwise. Black Cat Beverages does not hold an off-premises alcohol license.

  • We are able to cater for a number of different diets and tastes, however, it is the clients responsibility to inform us of any allergies, intolerances, sensitivities or any other reasons why a certain ingredient may cause risk to you or one of your guests, so that we can appropriately alter our menu, signage and preparation to accommodate. No responsibility can be taken by Black Cat Beverages for any adverse reactions suffered where a client has not advised us of the risk.

  • We can only serve alcohol on-premises, under license, to adults over the age of 18.

  • Black Cat Beverages has a zero tolerance policy to hate, discrimination, prejudice or hostility of any kind, towards any individual or group of people. We reserve the right to withdraw from any event, including during the event, if we deem the actions taken by any of your guests, invited or otherwise, do not adhere to this policy. We take the safety and wellbeing of our staff, contractors and guests very seriously and will not tolerate this kind of behaviour.

  • We understand with alcohol comes a good time, people are relaxed, having fun and enjoying themselves. As a licensed operation, we take the responsibility we hold under the Licensing Act 2003 incredibly seriously, not only to ourselves as a business and licensed supplier of alcohol, but to our guests safety and wellbeing. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual if we deem the volume of alcohol consumed is excessive and there is a risk to general health and safety.

  • As per "the 2010 order" amendment to the Licensing Act 2003, we we always supply potable water for consumption at any licensed bar event. This policy is enforced regardless on the location of the event, whether we are on private land, at a festival or in someone's back garden.

  • Black Cat Beverages holds itself to an incredibly high standard and will not deviate from the rules set out by Government.

  • The removal of rubbish is not included in the quote. It is recommended to organise with your venue the disposal of any rubbish from caterers used on site. Circumstances permitting, we can remove it for an additional charge.

  • We require a potable water source to be available at the venue, as we are unable to transport large volumes of water to every event due to space and weight restrictions. If potable water is not available at your venue or not possible to obtain at the venue, we can provide it for an additional charge.

  • We will make all reasonable efforts to provide the service and our obligations under contract but will not be held liable for any failure or delay to perform any part of the contract resulting from factors outside of our control. This includes but is not limited to; vehicle breakdowns, traffic, unplanned road closures, road traffic accidents, extreme weather, illness etc.

  • All menu items offered are subject to market availability. In the unusual event of any products being unavailable, we reserve the right to alter our menu accordingly. We will make every effort to minimise any change and communicate the change with as much time as possible.

  • A parking space is required at the venue, with ease of access to the serving area. All parking permits or fees must be paid by the client.

  • Access to the serving area must be free from obstruction and possible for a vehicle to tow the trailer into position, unhitch, turn around and exit the premises to the aforementioned parking space. There must be a reasonable distance from the parking space and the trailer, free from obstruction and with no more than 2 steps up or down.

  • The dimensions of the trailer are 2.18m wide, 2.57m tall and 4.45m long. Adequate space is required for the trailer to enter, exit and manoeuvre into place being towed by a vehicle.

  • For the majority of events, we will require a power source from the venue. We understand this isn’t always possible and will endeavour to find a solution without power.

  • Power supply should be in the form of single phase 32A power. Alternatively, we can run off 16A and 13A. If power requirements cannot be met at the venue and power is required, the cost of generator hire will be added to the quote.

  • If you have chosen any menu items that might cause damage or staining we cannot be held responsible for damage to property or clothing.

  • If at any stage during your event you have questions, concerns or feedback, please bring it to our attention as soon as possible so we can resolve any queries.

  • All quotes are valid for 14 days. Quotes can and may be subject to change if further services are requested, services are removed by the client or a new quote needs to be issued after the 14 days expires.

  • Payment of the 25% deposit confirms that you have agreed to the above terms and will confirm your booking.
